HaiXiong In-Mold Monitoring Equipment:

Mold condition monitoring: During the mold opening/closing process, real-time detection is carried out to ensure that the ejector pin is in place, the slider is properly positioned, and the insert parts are not missing or displaced, thereby preventing risks of damage such as mold deformation or jamming. 

Product defect detection: Identifies appearance and molding defects such as missing materials, burrs, bubbles, color differences, and size deviations. Supports individual cavity detection for multi-cavity molds, thereby increasing the yield rate. 

Foreign matter residue detection: Identify plastic debris, metal particles or tool remnants within the cavity to prevent mold damage and quality issues. 

Data recording and analysis: Record mold assembly times, abnormal alarms, production parameters, etc., to facilitate traceability and process optimization, and it can be integrated with the MES system. 

Automatic linkage: Linked with Haixiong injection molding machines, robots, etc. In case of abnormalities, it will immediately stop and give an alarm. It can also automatically adjust the number of ejection times and reject defective products, etc.


Features of in-mold monitoring equipment:

High precision and high speed: Frame exposure CCD / Global shutter CMOS cameras are commonly used. The detection accuracy can reach 0.01–0.1mm level, and the response time is as low as 0.01 seconds, which is suitable for high-speed production. 

Strong anti-interference ability: Equipped with near-infrared light source or special lighting, it can resist interference from environmental light, oil stains, and dust, and is suitable for harsh workshop environments with a wide temperature range (such as -20℃ to 60℃). 

Intelligent algorithm: Supports model matching, machine learning, etc. It automatically learns the qualification standards, reduces the false detection rate, and can dynamically update the templates to adapt to the mold damage. 

Operation is simple: It features functions such as one-click modeling, automatic generation of detection areas, and parameter guidance. It is easy for beginners to operate and reduces the debugging time. 

Non-contact detection: Utilizing optical imaging, it does not come into contact with the mold and the product, avoiding damage. It can detect components with static electricity. 

Remote monitoring and data management: Supports remote alarms, data viewing and analysis, facilitating centralized management and optimization of production processes.
