The HXYD (hybrid electric) series is mainly targeted at high-end packaging (thin-walled food containers, milk tea cups), medical fields, and high-end daily necessities, which all have requirements for shooting speed, accuracy, energy saving, and large clamping force.
Structural advantages: The combination of "electric injection and hydraulic clamping" is adopted. The injection part is directly driven by a servo motor, with fast response and high precision; the clamping part is driven by hydraulic power, featuring good rigidity and stable large clamping force, combining the advantages of both electric and hydraulic systems.
High speed and precision: The injection speed can reach over 400 mm/s, with high acceleration. The position repeatability accuracy of injection is up to 0.01 mm, and the ejection repeatability accuracy is ≤ 0.1%. It is suitable for thin-walled and precision products.
Energy-saving and efficient: The servo system provides energy on demand, enabling "melting the glue while opening the mold", which shortens the molding cycle; compared to traditional hydraulic machines, it is significantly more energy-efficient and has lower operating noise.
Precise control: Utilizing CANbus/EtherCAT fully digital control, with pressure, flow, and position closed-loop systems, it has strong anti-interference capabilities and excellent product consistency.
